Electronic Monitoring, Computer Interface and PLC
We have a wide range of experience in electronics applied to testing. From transducer to control, we have designed integral systems for sensing, counting and reporting testing as it progresses. Pressure, temperature, resistance, torque, flow, acceleration and movement have all been incorporated into our systems.
Pneumatic Cycling
Typically used for the application of a force to your product or for continuous cycling, we have incorporated pneumatic technology in all environments from -40°C to +95°C.
Hydraulics
Similar to pneumatics, hydraulics is typically used for the application of a force or for continuous cycling. The major difference is that hydraulics is more commonly used in applications where a greater force is needed. We have even designed equipment where the practice of pneumatics controlling hydraulics is used.
Fluids Dynamics
Burst testers, hot flow, cold flow, precision flow and durability cycle: we have worked with these concepts and more. We have built systems using glycol, transmission fluid, water, oils and other chemicals for control of pressures, monitored flow, spray and agitation.
