TÜV SÜD offers Quality and independence for examination in IT Service Management. All ITIL® exams are provided in English and other languages, and are available in paper or online formats. The Certification Body for Persons assures the independent examination management.

The Certification Body for Persons of TÜV SÜD Academy is a worldwide acting Examination Institute (EI) accredited with APMG for examination and certification as per the IT Infrastructure Library® (ITIL®). For this reason, the Certification Body for Persons is responsible for the proceedings and the processes to accredit/certify training institutes, trainers and training material etc.
The objective is to familiarize training institutes and trainers with TÜV SÜD Academy's
quality policy and quality demand and to meet the requirements of the ITIL® scheme.
