TÜV SÜD Canada Inc., a subsidiary of TÜV SÜD Group, has recently been restructured to become fully owned by TÜV SÜD America Inc., while remaining a key component of the global TÜV SÜD operations. TÜV SÜD will remain committed to the Canadian market and continue to provide primarily product safety, EMC, and environmental testing services, inspection services, as well as certification services.

Formerly headquartered in Cambridge, Ontario, TÜV SÜD Canada has also relocated its Corporate Headquarters to Guelph, Ontario. The reorganization and relocation will help the corporation meet its clients' current and future requirements. The new office space will allow the company to expand as a result of future organic growth.

The restructuring of the company more closely aligns the Canadian office with TÜV's North American operations, and empowers their NAFTA team to offer better, more customer-focused service.
