During the conference on Thursday, January 28, 2010, Mr. Tom Ambrosia, Food Safety Program Manager, TÜV SÜD America, will present "Auditing Best Practices and Communications with Diplomacy."

The annual conference is hosted by the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, a nonprofit organization representing its poultry and egg members through research, education, communications, and technical services. The two-day event features displays of technology, equipment, supplies, and services used in the production and processing of poultry and eggs. The expo brings together all segments of the industry including feed milling, hatchery, live production, processing, marketing, and all support activities, providing attendees with a wide range of informational sessions, exhibits, and networking opportunities.
